How to Understand Your Man

A woman must first bear in mind that finding a partner is not as easy as 123. It is a serious matter that needs a lot of consideration and time. A woman must bear in mind that no man is perfect. Every man has his own flaws and shortcomings. The imperfection in a man is something inherent and a normal thing that a woman has to accept and understand. There is no perfect man. It would be impossible to find a perfect man because this man does not exist.

A woman has to accept realities in life and try to understand that a man is a normal human-being, able to move, work and do what is right at the same time, commit mistakes and do some impossible things at times.

I see a man as I see a child. Man needs a woman to love and take care. Man loves and cares for a woman because he needs love and care in return. I look at a man who needs more understanding of who he is more than anyone else. Man is sometimes worst than a child. He needs someone who could really take him seriously and someone who could understand his mood swings and temper.

Although women are the weaker sex physically, they are stronger in facing challenges in everyday undertakings. Men usually shrink when they think of facing relationship problems. And that's the time when women come to their rescue. Women have better perceptions when it comes to problems about relationship.

Women are born counselors and problem solvers. What a man needs is someone who could listen to him as he talks and someone who could voice out an opinion over something that he has in mind and not someone who will discourage him and reason out with him. Men have sensitive hearts. They may be tough looking but when it comes to the heart, they get easily hurt by a remark.

My partner a long time ago was a very sensitive man who wanted things done according to his wishes. Our relationship didn't work out because I didn't abide by his rules. I wanted equality. I wanted to be a partner who could voice out an opinion when I think I was right. I wanted us to be partners in handling things.  I love the idea that we were partners in everything but by abiding with my rules the relationship ended for good.

Sometimes, women have to be a little patient. With my experience, I have learned that studying the man you want to be with in life is the best thing to do. Accept your man as he is and try to accept his shortcomings. You could only understand the man you want to be with when you look at the wrong in him in a more positive way rather than taking it seriously. And unless you want the man you love out of your life for good, you have to be a woman with lots of guts to accept the imperfections in your man.

The only way you could be content and happy with the man you want in life is when you try to stoop down a little and see your man as he is.  Accept his wrongs and imperfections and let them be part of your life and do not attempt to change them because in doing so, you lose your perspective and end up being discontent.  That is when things go wrong and may end the relationship.
