Healthy life includes a body fit for working and doing freely what you want in life and not a body with all the lumps in the wrong places. Those lumps deter one’s ease of doing things and enjoying life, so it must also be gotten rid of if you want a really healthy and happy life. Having all those lumps especially if they are in all the wrong places make one uneasy. So the best thing for you to do is get rid of those lumps before they will prevent you from enjoying a healthier, happier and livelier life.
Getting rid of those unwanted lumps could be hard because it involves self control and discipline. If you have been eating two cupfuls of rice in the past or eating a quart of ice cream in one sitting or drinking a liter of cola a day, then these should be reduced tremendously because these kinds of food are fat providers. Whether you like it or not, you have to reduce these types of food in your diet if you want to get rid of those lumps and live a healthier, more comfortable and longer life.

Eat more fruits and vegetables
Fruits and vegetables are not only very healthy food. These types of food even if eaten in big amounts do not make you fat. Instead, it increases your body metabolism that helps you get rid of the bad elements deposited in your body which will help you trim down and make you healthier. These types of food are in fact the best food that experts always advice people to eat in bigger amounts.
Drink plenty of water
Water is considered as the miracle liquid that keeps the body functioning properly. Drinking more water cleanses the toxins in the body. If you are on diet, drinking more water is advisable as this will keep you feeling full which will help you forget the urge to eat. The more water you drink the less food you will eat which will help you get rid of those lumps.
Avoid drinking too much cola and other artificially flavored drinks
Aside from being unhealthy, these types of drinks will only make you fat. Plain water is still the best liquid that you should drink every day. You can also drink fruit juice or vegetable juice which are very healthy drinks.
Choose substitutes for meat
If you want a truly fat less food but which is rich in protein, you can choose to eat dried legumes. Dried legumes are rich in protein so you don’t have to worry about missing protein in your diet. Dried legumes are healthy food which will provide you with good nutrients minus the fats that you are avoiding in your diet.
Eat three square meals a day with the right amounts
Breakfast is the most important meal because it is the first meal of the day so you have to eat a full breakfast. This is a healthy way of eating. Do not believe in not eating breakfast as a fast way to trim down. Breakfast should be eaten in full to help you keep going for the day. This will also help you avoid the in-between snacks because you don’t feel hungry easily. Skipping breakfast will enhance hunger which will force you to eat more times than you want. Your breakfast must be heavy which must also consist of the cereals, fruits, vegetables and juice. As much as possible, avoid coffee too. Your lunch must not be too heavy and your dinner must be light. Dinner need not be heavy because you are going to rest for the night anyway.
Have a lot of exercise
Exercise is still the best way to get rid of fats and have a healthier and longer life. Refrain from thinking that you have no time to exercise. Doing household chores is one way of exercising. Walking here and there is also one kind of exercise. If you are at home, do not just sit down in front of the computer or television and watch. Keep moving and keeping yourself busy so that you can burn most of the fat in your body. Walk a lot because it is good for the body. If the store is near your place, walk, instead of driving your car or buy a bike and bike around.
